T&C : PACKAGE CLIENTS

General

All treatments are provided by a licensed esthetician and tailored to your individual skin needs. By purchasing a package, you confirm that all health and skin condition information provided is accurate. Beauty Cocktail Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. Services are available to clients aged 18 and over only.

Booking

Advance booking is required for all sessions. We are an appointment-only studio. Please provide accurate contact details when booking. No deposit is required for package session bookings — your sessions are already secured through your package.

Guests

Clients are welcome to bring a guest to their appointment. Guests are asked to wait in the reception area and to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other clients and treatments in progress.

Communication & Support

We're happy to answer questions about your treatments and appointments through our regular contact channels. However, we are not able to provide constant or on-demand support outside of business hours — for example, ongoing WhatsApp availability or urgent real-time responses for non-emergency requests (such as needing an immediate answer while out shopping). Beauty Cocktail Skincare reserves the right to decline or limit service to clients whose communication expectations fall outside what we can reasonably provide.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

The following fees apply for changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, except in genuine emergency or sudden-illness situations (reviewed individually at our discretion):

No-show (not attending without notice, or arriving more than 30 minutes late with no communication): $50 fee added to your balance
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice: $50 fee
With 24 hours or more notice, cancelling or rescheduling carries no penalty and your session is preserved.

How fees are collected:

If your package balance is fully paid: the fee must be paid as a deposit before your next session can be booked
If you have a remaining package balance: you will be notified that the fee has been added to your balance
Late arrivals: If you arrive less than 30 minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate you within your booked slot, with your service adjusted to fit the remaining time. If you arrive 30 minutes or more past your start time with no communication, it will be treated as a no-show under the policy above.

Reschedule limit: Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of two (2) times per original booking, regardless of notice given. After two reschedules, any further change to that booking is treated as a cancellation under the policy above.

Emergencies: We understand genuine emergencies and sudden illness happen. If you're unwell or facing an emergency, let us know as soon as possible — these situations are reviewed individually with care, at Beauty Cocktail Skincare's discretion, and fees may be waived.

Cancellations by us: If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance on our part, you will not be charged any fee, and we will offer you priority booking for the next available slot that works for you.

Payment

Package fees are paid in advance at the time of purchase. Full payment for your package must be received by your second session at the latest. At Beauty Cocktail Skincare's discretion, this may be extended to no later than your third session. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payment platforms. Refunds are not provided for completed services or partially used packages. Any late-notice or no-show fees incurred (see above) are handled per the collection terms above.

Package Sessions and Expiry

Prepaid packages are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over and expire after the validity period with no refund issued. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with, gifted to, or used by another person. Sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward product purchases.

Loyalty Rewards and Promotions

Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed once your balance exceeds $50. If an active promotion offers a lower price than your package session value, the difference will be credited to your loyalty points balance. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Health and Safety

Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities on your intake form and prior to your treatment. Beauty Cocktail Skincare is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information. All tools and equipment are cleaned and disinfected to industry standards.

Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your treatment for our records and, with your consent, for use in our marketing and social media. You may decline photo use at any time without affecting your service.

Package Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a client's package without notice in cases of misconduct, policy misuse, or breach of these terms. No refund will be issued for unused sessions in such cases.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for appointment scheduling, loyalty rewards and promotional communications. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Liability and Service Changes

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice and are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
