T&C : PACKAGE CLIENTS

General
All treatments are provided by a licensed esthetician and tailored to your individual skin needs. By purchasing a package, you confirm that all health and skin condition information provided is accurate. Beauty Cocktail Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to clients who demonstrate inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

Booking
Advance booking is required for all sessions. We are an appointment-only studio. Please provide accurate contact details when booking. No deposit is required for package session bookings — your sessions are already secured through your package.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
The 24-hour rule: Any of the following, done with less than 24 hours' notice, will add a $50 fee to your remaining balance — except in genuine emergency or sudden-illness situations (see below), which are reviewed individually at our discretion:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without informing us beforehand, where we are unable to reach you
With 24 hours or more notice, cancelling or rescheduling carries no penalty and your session is preserved.

Late arrivals: Arriving up to 15 minutes past your start time is accommodated with no penalty. If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, inform us before your session start time — we will still see you until the end of your booked slot, with your service adjusted to fit the remaining time. If you choose not to proceed with the adjusted service, it is treated as a late cancellation under the 24-hour rule above.

Reschedule limit: Rescheduling is permitted a maximum of two (2) times per original booking, regardless of notice given. After two reschedules, any further change to that booking is treated as a cancellation under the 24-hour rule above.

Emergencies: We understand genuine emergencies and sudden illness happen. If you're unwell or facing an emergency, let us know as soon as possible — these situations are reviewed individually with care, at Beauty Cocktail Skincare's discretion, and the $50 fee may be waived.

Payment
Package fees are paid in advance at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and approved digital payment platforms. Refunds are not provided for completed services or partially used packages. Any $50 late-notice fees incurred (see above) are added to and due with your next session's remaining balance, or on request.

Package Sessions and Expiry
Prepaid packages are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over and expire after the validity period with no refund issued. Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with, gifted to, or used by another person. Sessions cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward product purchases.

Loyalty Rewards and Promotions
Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed once your balance exceeds $50. If an active promotion offers a lower price than your package session value, the difference will be credited to your loyalty points balance. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Health and Safety
Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment. Beauty Cocktail Skincare is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information. All tools and equipment are cleaned and disinfected to industry standards.

Package Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a client's package without notice in cases of misconduct, policy misuse, or breach of these terms. No refund will be issued for unused sessions in such cases.

Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for appointment scheduling, loyalty rewards and promotional communications. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Liability and Service Changes
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice and are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
